Selection procedure

By screening the application letters, we make a selection of people who might be eligible to fill in the open position. After a personal interview, we narrow the group even further. In the end, we aim to present to you not good, but excellent candidates.

Choosing the right employees

In the final stage of the recruitment process, we present you the final candidates and set up a meeting between them and you. For each candidate, we provide you with our professional HR opinion, based on years of experience. As is the case for our customers, this will help you in choosing the best employee.
