Function Description:

For one of our clients: a highly professional and renowned business process outsourcing company with sites across the globe we are looking for enthusiastic employees to work from their office in Sofia! You will work for a commercial music streaming service providing digital rights management – restricted content from record labels. In this role you will be responding to customer inquiries and offering support via email, social media channels and digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, online forums, etc.). No phone support


For this position you are: <ul> <li>Creative and articulate</li> <li>Great communicator</li> <li>Problem solver</li> <li>Motivated to provide excellent customer satisfaction</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Fluency in Dutch or French or German and English – both oral and written;</li> <li>Background in working in an environment that offers customer service</li> <li>Understanding of social media (including: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, online communities, and other social channels);</li> <li>Strong interest in learning and maintaining skills and knowledge up to date.</li> </ul>
